Place your order and pay your deposit up to 7 days before dispatch. This will be returned to you once the kit is checked back in following your loan.

WE DELIVER

Your kit will be delivered in secure cases by courier, or you can pick up from a participating Click&Collect point. Check upon receipt to ensure you are happy.

WE COLLECT

Pack everything up using the labels and packacking provided, and we'll collect for return, or drop back to your selected Click&Collect point.

HOW DOES THE FREE 48-HOUR TRIAL WORK?

Try The Kit is fully backed by leading manufacturers like Canon, FUJIFILM, and Lumix. You can order any featured piece of equipment for a 48-hour trial period with zero rental fees. We deliver directly to your door or your chosen Click&Collect point for free—you only place a fully-refundable security deposit during checkout.

DO YOU OFFER CLICK & COLLECT FOR TRIALS?

Yes! We provide convenient Click&Collect options across more than 25 designated collection points throughout the UK. You can select your preferred pickup and drop-off point during the reservation process.

WHEN IS MY SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUNDED?

Once your trial concludes and the kit is returned to our service hub, our technicians perform a quick verification check. Your security deposit is then released back to your original payment method immediately.

WHAT IF I NEED THE EQUIPMENT FOR A LONGER SHOOT?

While Try The Kit specializes in 48-hour manufacturer trials, our official sister company Hireacamera handles long-term hires, production packages, and extensive cinema gear rentals with flexible multi-week options.
